Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) is a mechanic of the Body as a whole entity with a holistic approach using very gentle non-invasive manual manipulation techniques which seeks to remove obstructions and dysfunctions to the body’s innate self-regulating abilities. MOT uses the body’s own resistance to achieve homeostasis and help aid the body to shift back into alignment while focuses on strengthening and improving healing throughout all body systems. MOT use biomechanical analysis, tests and other assessments of the visceral , musculoskeletal, lymphatic, myofascial, craniosacral other involvement mechanism to assess and treat the whole body.

Therapeutic massage treatments include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and increasing range of motion treating and targeting musculoskeletal and connective tissue pain caused by strains, injuries, trauma, tight muscles and chronic aches.Holistic Massage involves a combination of techniques that works soft tissues and promotes movement of the joints and the muscles in the body. This helps restore balance and calms the nervous system. The muscles release any pain or muscle tension that may exist in your body. During this type of massage, clients can be more involved during treatment and some techniques are used to help break up scar tissue and adhesion's that form following an injury or trauma which can block circulation. This can cause pain, limited movement and inflammation. Relieves obstetrical and dysfunctions in muscle tissue to promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing this inflammation. Various techniques are used along with a treatment plan including at home strengthening and stretching exercises protocols.
